Non-profit organization providing Supportive Home Care/Supported Living Services to adults with special needs. Our mission is to support people in their homes, keeping their community connections through all phases of life and/or the aging process.  We support individuals who are funded by the IRIS Program, through a private pay arrangement or through MA Personal Care Program.
