July 21, 2026 (MADISON, Wis.) – Lake Ridge Bank has announced an expansion into Beloit after exceeding anticipated growth in Janesville and the surrounding area over the last year. The community bank has opened a loan production office by appointment only in Beloit beginning July 20, with plans to expand into retail and other products in the coming months.

 

“We already knew there was substantial interest in bringing our unique style of community banking to Southern Wisconsin when we expanded offerings and moved to a larger more full-service location in Janesville last fall,” says Lake Ridge Bank President Paul Hoffmann. “But we have been overwhelmed by the positive feedback and growing partnerships that continue to develop throughout the region. We’re excited to grow our presence in Janesville even further and open a new office in Beloit to support the economic transformation happening throughout this vibrant area.”

 

Lake Ridge Bank has secured space at the Irontek coworking facility, located at 645 Third Street in Beloit. While the banking professionals at Lake Ridge Bank enjoy coming out to client locations to conduct business and learn more about each organization firsthand, this new office space serves as the home base for the bank’s local team of experienced associates already familiar with the evolving Beloit market, including:

While Lake Ridge Bank had a Janesville location since 2014 mainly focused on ag-related business activities, the bank moved to a larger full-service location at 2605 Kennedy Road in Janesville last October. In response to growing demand, this office has expanded again, adding four new associates who have been serving clients in Janesville and beyond for decades.
