The Madison Area Builders Association’s 2026 Parade of Homes runs June 19-28 and features new homes by local builders across the Madison area. Tour a wide range of homes, from affordable designs to luxury lakefront properties, and explore the latest trends in homebuilding and technology. Featured neighborhoods this year include Kilkenny Farms West and Windsor Gardens, with additional homes throughout Dane County and nearby communities. Open daily: Monday-Friday 4-8pm, Saturday-Sunday 11am-5pm.
