A familiar and beloved presence at the corner of South Park Street and West Wingra Drive, Sista’s Chicken & Fish has built a loyal following through its popular food truck, known for delivering bold, authentic Southern flavors. The new restaurant expands on that success, offering a full menu that includes perfectly fried chicken and fish, along with favorites like frog legs, gumbo, ribs, and polish dogs.

A proud and active member of the Madison Black Chamber of Commerce, Sista’s has consistently demonstrated excellence and community impact. The business has earned multiple honors during Madison Black Restaurant Week, including Favorite Food Truck, and has been the top food vendor at the $5 Food Taste Jamboree for several consecutive years - underscoring both its popularity and quality.
