Carnelian Art Gallery, located at 221 King St., Suite 102, in downtown Madison, is pleased to announce its August exhibition, titled "The Time We Spend Looking Outside.” This is a duo exhibition featuring works by Madison artist Fernando Rico and Milwaukee artist Daniel Fleming.
